Our chocolates are extraordinary because we make them by hand with loving care. We are a small business with no assembly lines and we take no shortcuts. Our truffles and molded chocolates are individually made.

First, we create the creamy and delicious ganache filling. Then we dip or wrap each center with rich dark creamy milk or white chocolate.

The process takes longer, but each bite is designed to create a wonderful explosion of flavor, texture and aroma - unlike any other you've experienced.
