Shipping Policy:
We want your chocolates to arrive fresh without any shipping damage`. They are package inside a styrofoam lined box containing a frozen jell packs & shipping peanuts.
You must provide a street address, since we do not ship to PO boxes. Please provide an apartment number or suite if this is appropriate. Someone needs to be home to receive order, since we required delivery verification on all orders.
Shipping rates:
Next Day $35 (1 box of 12, 2 boxes of 6 etc.)
Priority Mail : $20
(Priority mail delivery is not available in climates 60°F (15°C) or warmer)
Even though we use cold packaging for you chocolates, we do not offer 2nd day shipping during the warmer summer months (May – Oct). We will also check the weather in other months when shipping to the traditional warm weather parts of the country.
Please note: 2nd Day Shipping: Orders must be received by noon on Wednesday EST and Next Day Shipping: Orders must be received by noon on Thursday to ensure Friday delivery. If there are any issues effecting prompt shipping, you will be notified by email. The stated shipping options are only valid for the United States.
We want to make sure we can process your order promptly and accurately. Please make sure all details of your order are correct. We cannot be responsible for errors in the information that was provided. You will be charged for costs resulting from such errors.
Rose Confections will inspect and verify each order before shipping. If chocolates arrived damaged or are defective upon arrival, please immediately contact us. Returned products have to be in new, unused and uneaten condition. We will refund the purchase price minus shipping charges.
Rose Confections is not liable for shipping delays due to inclement weather, strikes, or any other circumstances that are not under our control. Refunds will not be offer for these circumstances.
Please note that that shipping charges are subject to change depending on time of year, any additional shipping surcharges, also due to location.
