Carmel Truffle:
A caramel sauce blended into a milk chocolate ganache and covered with milk chocolate.
Kahlua
Truffle: Coffee flavored liquor whipped into a milk chocolate ganache enrobed in a rich dark chocolate.
Key Lime Cheesecake Truffle: Cream infused with key lime zest blended with white chocolate and cream cheese
gives a refreshing taste.
Café au Lait Truffle: Coffee and cream whipped into a c mixture of white and milk chocolate and dusted with
cocoa powder.
Amaretto Squares: Amaretto and cream whipped into a milk chocolate ganache placed on a thin layer of amaretto
infused marzipan. Enrobed in dark chocolate with an almond slivery as decoration.
Raspberry
Truffle: Raspberry puree, chambord, cream and dark chocolate form an exquisitely rich ganache enrobed in pure white
chocolate.
Vanilla
Truffle: white chocolate and cream infused with Madagascar vanilla bean dipped in white chocolate, decorated
with white chocolate.
Pistachio
Truffle: chopped pistachios blended into a white chocolate ganache, dipped in white chocolate sprinkled with crushed
pistachios.
Peanut
Butter Truffle: creamy peanut butter whipped into a white chocolate ganache, enrobed in milk chocolate and sprinkled
with crushed peanuts.
Frangelico
Truffle: crushed hazelnuts, milk chocolate and frangelico blended together to create a rich truffle. Covered in dark
chocolate and crushed hazel nuts.
Rich Dark Truffle:
A rich dark chocolate ganache enhanced with a chocolate liquor dipped in a dark chocolate couverture. An exquisite

Orange Truffle:
Imported orange marmalade whipped into a dark chocolate ganache, enhanced with Grand Marnier and enrobed in
dark chocolate.
Michigan Cherry Truffle: Dried Michigan cherries mixed into a semi- sweet ganache then dipped into dark chocolate.
Decorated with a dried cherry.
Irish
Cream: a mixture of milk and white chocolate enhanced with Irish whiskey. The mixture is enrobed in white
chocolate ala Bailey’s Irish Cream.
